14 Ways To Feel Loved Today

Love is one of our most important needs as a human being. Many people think they can only feel love if someone loves them. I want to let you in on a little secret. That love that you feel (even when someone else is lovin’ on you) comes from within you! You can feel that love anytime you want. And, most importantly, you can feel love by GIVING love!

  1. Pay someone a compliment. 

  2. Take a bubble bath.

  3. Buy a friend a cup of coffee.

  4. Close your eyes and think of a time when you felt loved. Bring that feeling back into your heart. Layer memory on top of memory for more intense feelings!

  5. Give out free hugs.

  6. Write a love letter to yourself or someone else.

  7. Think of someone you love, and send them loving thoughts. (Don’t be surprised if you hear from them!)

  10. Say hi to strangers.

  11. Call someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

Love doesn’t need to be romantic to meet our needs. Love can come from friends, pets, family, strangers, nature, and yourself.
